Margaurite A. Rawson, 101, of 35 Pittsburg Hill Road, Conestoga, died Thursday at Lancaster

General Hospital following a brief illness.
She was the wife of the late Francis E. Rawson, Sr. who died in 1982. Born in St. Mary’s, West

Virginia, she was the daughter of the late Herbert N. and Margaret E. Riggs Haddox.
She was of the Lutheran faith. She was a homemaker. Earlier in life she had been a seamstress and

a carpenter.
Surviving is a daughter Betty Louise Rawson of Conestoga, and a sister Gladys Johnson of Akron,

OH. She was preceded in death by a son Francis E. Rawson, Jr.

Services and interment in the Masonville Mennonite Cemetery will be private and held at the

convenience of the family.
